我们已审查了招标文件包中所列的文件及各项招标公告,并签署出具本报价,愿意按照上述文件的要求执行该项工作,我们的报价为 (此处用大写字和数字填入投标价格)。
Having examined the documents listed in the CFB package and the various Bid Bulletins, we the undersigned offer to execute the WORKS in conformity with the said document for a sum of (insert here the bid price in letters and figures).
如果我们的投标被接受,我们将开始工作,并承诺按分包合同草案附表C所列的时间完成并交付整套工程。
We undertake, if our bid is accepted, to commence the WOEKS and to complete and deliver the whole of the WORKS within the time stated in the Exhibit C of the draft document.

We understand that you not bound to accept the lowest or any bid that you may receive.
投标书中所含费率和价格在招标文件所述的一段时间内(从投递标书之日起算)仍是可以商谈的,但不可以根据分包条件向上浮动。
The rates and prices contained herein shall remain open for acceptance for a period stated in the letter for Call for Bid from the date of submittal of the bid and not subject to escalation as per SUBCONTRACT conditions.

一. 总述
I. General Description
本工程为有限公司一体化**项目合成气装置工程,由德希尼布有限公司总承包,承蒙总承包商贵公司关照,我单位对该工程的地下管道和设备基础、道路等工程范围进行投标。我公司接受招标文件后,对标文提供的设计图纸和技术文件等认真研究,拟订出施工的初步方案。
This project is for Construction of Synthetic Gas Plant, BASF-YPC IPS Project, which is generally contracted by Technip Far East. It is our great honor to have this opportunity to tender for Civil Works construction including Underground Pipeworks, Equipment Foundation Works and Road Works. After receiving the Call for Bid documents (CFB) from you, we have studied very carefully all design drawings and technical information provided together with CFB and hence made a preliminary Construction Scheme.
如果我单位有幸中标,则在实际施工过程中,严格执行现行规范和标文中技术说明的要求和做法。在施工程序的安排上,遵循先下后上、工段间交叉穿插,地下管道在不妨碍基础施工的前提下,跟进基础开挖安装。
If we can win the bid, we will strictly comply with all currently applicable regulations, codes and specifications and work following technical requirements and working methods specified in the bidding documents. In respect of construction work procedure, we will follow the principles of ‘underground prior to overground ’ and coordinate reasonably different work sections. For example, Underground Piping Works may be carried out in parallel with Foundation Works with the precondition of not-influencing the latter.
土方工程采用机械开挖人工配合,以提高工效和保证尺寸准确,基础模板采用胶合板,且投入的胶合板无损坏、不平面现象,以保证混凝土结构的成形符合要求。
Earthworks will be excavated mechanically and affiliated with hand works so as to improve work efficiency and ensure dimension accuracy. Foundation forms will be made with plywood which should be scatheless and smooth so as to ensure the shaping of concrete structures are satisfactory.
我单位将严格遵守HSE和ISO9002的标准,对本工程的安全和质量进行管理。

一. 概况 Briefing
本工程投标工作范围是根据招标方德希尼布远东私营有限公司提供的招标文件确定,主要包括的项目为:地下管道工程,道路围墙工程,火炬工段、压缩工段、重整工段、储罐、冷箱、管架等基础工程,所有基础下均有桩基础。工程地点:扬巴电厂西侧。一期工程工期要求:14/08/03—31/12/03。
The Scope of Work mentioned hereunder is determined according to the bidding documents provided by TECHNIP FAR EAST, mainly including Underground Piping Works, Road & Fence Wall Works, Foundation Works for Flare Area, Compressor Area, Reformer Area, Storage Tanks, Cold Box, Pipe Racks and so on. All foundations will be with piling foundation. Location of Works: West to BYC Power Plant. The time limitation for Work Phase I: 14/08/03—31/12/03.
二. 编制说明 Compiling Description
1. 为确保本招标工程施工质量与进度,结合现场实际情况及我公司施工力量,编制本施工方案,用于指导施工。
In order to ensure quality and due performance of Works as object of the Bid, we hereby prepare this Construction Scheme, which will be used to guide the construction work.
2. 因目前招标文件提供的施工技术资料不全,故本方案未尽之处均参照现行国家有关规程、规范及招标文件技术要求。

第四章 施工工艺与技术措施
Chapter 4 Construction Process and Technical Measures
一、 土方施工 Earth Works
1. 机具准备:反铲挖掘机、自卸汽车、污水泵。
Equipment Preparation: backhoe excavator, tip lorry, sewage pump
2. 现场准备:Field Preparation
1) 土方开挖前,桩基工程应经验收合格,并办理动土证,经有关各方批准后方可施工。
Before the excavation starts, the piling foundation shall be checked and accepted, the Excavation Permission and all relevant approvals obtained.
2) 现场砌筑沉淀池,以便将废水沉淀后再排至已有的排水系统中。
Build a depositing tank on-site to deposit the sewage water before it is emitted into the existing drainage system.
3) 确定合理的车辆出入方向,施工机械进入现场所经过的道路,事先做好必要的加固、修补工作。
Determine the direction for vehicle in/out reasonably. The roads on which the construction equipment will be carried into field shall be repaired and strengthened as necessary.
3. 工艺流程:Construction Process

4. 挖方 Excavation
1) 结合施工总体部署进行土方平衡,按照土方运距最短,运程合理的原则做好调配,减少重复挖运。
Balance the earth work based on the General Deployment for Construction, schedule the excavation following the principle of shortening moving distance and rationalizing moving route so as to minimizing repeat excavation.
2) 土方开挖采用机械开挖配备自卸汽车运土,人工修整边坡及场地边角。
The excavation will be done with excavation equipment and the earth transported with tip lorries. Side slopes and field corners will be finished manually.
3) 土方开挖时,沿基坑上口四周用挖出的土堆成300mm高土堤,防止地表水流入基坑,基底四角各挖一集水坑,以能利用污水泵排水为准。
During the excavation, use the excavated soil to built a 300mm-high bank surrounding the upper port of foundation pit so as to prevent surface water from flowing into it. At each corner of the foundation pit, a water collection pit shall be dug to the degree that sewage pump can be used to drain the water.
4) 根据该地区土质状况,土方开挖边坡坡度按1∶0.75(高∶宽)进行,如开挖后发现土质不好,则视实际情况加大边坡坡度值。
According to the field soil nature, the side slopes of earthwork in excavation shall be 1:0.75 (Height: Width). In case the soil nature is found worse after excavation starts, the slope grade shall be increased according to the actual situation.
5) 为确保土方开挖质量,当用机械开挖时,在基底标高以上预留100mm厚土层用人工清理。
In order to ensure the excavation quality, when doing excavation mechanically, a 100mm-thick layer of soil above the sub-base level shall be kept for manual removal.
6) 夜间施工时,沿基坑四周配置足够数量的碘钨灯,防止挖方超挖或铺填作业超厚,在危险地段设置明显标志,夜间挂警示红灯。
For night work, install sufficient number of iodine-tungsten lamps around the foundation pit to prevent over-excavation or over-thickness of filling. Hang easy-to-see marks for dangerous areas. Use red-light alert at night.
7) 土方开挖过程中,如出现异常情况,应暂停施工,将人员、机械撤至安全地点,并通知有关单位提出处理措施。
During the excavation, if any abnormal matter appears, stop work at once and withdraw all persons and machines to a safe place. Notify immediately relevant authorities to get handling measures.
8) 当基坑开挖接近设计标高时,应在基坑壁及基底打入小木桩,在木桩上引测同一高程标高,以便据此拉线修整坑底及施工垫层。
When the foundation pit is excavated to the designed height level, put small woodpiles into pit wall and bottom. Based on the woodpiles measure and mark level heights, according to which lines can be set for pit bottom leveling and cushion courses.
9) 基坑开挖完毕,应及时会同承包商及设计单位进行验槽,并做好记录。
After the foundation pit excavation is completed, Contractor and Designer shall be invited for joint checking and acceptance. Make and keep relevant records properly.
5. 注意事项:ATTENTIONS
1) 土方工程产生的多余土,运至总承包商指定地点。
Surplus soil from Earth Works shall be disposed to the place designated by CONTRACTOR.
2) 基坑开挖后禁止扰动地基土。
It is forbidden to upset the ground base soil after the foundation pit is excavated.
3) 对定位桩和水准点等加以保护,挖土时不得碰撞,并定期复测,检查其可靠性。
Guide piles and level marks shall be protected well, not allowed to touch in excavation. Regularly re-check to ensure their accuracy.
4) 开挖修整完毕的基坑表面应平整,不应用松填土找平基坑底面。个别稍低于设计标高的低凹处,用C10混凝土找平。
After excavation and leveling are both completed, the surface of foundation pit shall be flat. It is not allowed to flatten it with loose earth. Some points a little lower than designed level shall be flattened with C10 concrete.
5) 基坑验收后,应及时进行基础混凝土浇筑。
After the foundation pit is accepted, immediately start foundation concrete pouring.
6. 填方 Backfill
1) 回填前清除基坑内的积水和有机杂物,基础混凝土强度应达到设计强度,对填方基底和已完隐蔽工程进行检查和工序交接。
Before backfill starts, water and organic raffles in the foundation pit shall be cleaned up and the base concrete shall have already reached the design strength and more, the sub-base for backfill as well as completed concealed work shall be already checked and handed over to next work step.
2) 采用原场地内开挖出的土作为回填土料。
Use the excavated soil for backfill.
3) 回填土采用机械运土,人工摊平、机械分层夯实的施工方法,夯实机械选用蛙式打夯机。
Backfill soil shall be moved mechanically, set off manually and compacted by layers with frog rammers
4) 回填时每层虚铺厚度为250mm,每层夯击4遍。
In backfill, the loose paved soil shall be 250mm thick for each layer. Compact 4 times for each layer.
5) 对有密实度要求的填方,每层压实后用环刀法按《建筑工程质量检验评定标准》GBJ301-88中的规定取样,进行干密度试验,合格后再施工下一层。
For backfill areas where compaction density is required, test the dry density of each layer after compaction. The test samples shall be taken with cutting ring method following the Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Construction Quality GBJ301-88. Only when the test result is satisfactory can the next layer begins.
6) 分段分层填土,并将交接处填成阶梯形,每层相互搭接,其搭接长度不小于每层填土厚度的2倍,上下层错缝距离不小于1m。
The backfill shall be done by sections and by layers. The joints shall be made in echelon form and with layers overlap to each other. The length of overlapped part shall be not less than twice as many as the thickness of each layer. The stagger joints between two layers shall be no less than 1m.
7) 施工时保护轴线控制桩和高程控制点,防止移位下沉。
Protect the axial line control piles and the altitude control points during construction so as to avoid shifting and/or sinking.
8) 土方回填施工连续进行,尽快完成。
Backfill shall be done continuously and finished as soon as possible.
7. 标识管理 Management of Marks
1) 测量仪器应有检定合格标签。
Measurement apparatus shall be attached with inspection and acceptance certificates.
2) 路基在密实度检验合格后插牌作好标识。
Insert plates to mark road bases that have already passed the compaction density tests.
二、 截桩 Pile Cutting
1. 机具准备:空压机、风镐、电气焊、钢丝绳。
Equipment Preparation: aerostatic press, air picker, electric/gas welding, steel ropes.
2. 现场准备:Field Preparation
截桩前,应检查验收混凝土桩,合格后进行下一道工序。
Before pile cutting, the concrete piles shall be inspected and accepted for start of next step.
3. 施工方法:Work Approaches:
1) 截桩作业在垫层混凝土施工完后进行。
Pile cutting works shall be done after the cushion course concrete work is completed.
2) 由人工用风镐进行截桩作业。
Pile cutting shall be done manually with air picker.
3) 根据设计要求,混凝土桩凿至垫层上表面100mm,超出部分的混凝土凿除。
According to design requirements, concrete piles shall be 100mm above surface of cushion course. Surplus concrete shall be chiseled away.
4) 截桩必须认真对待,特别是在距垫层上表面100mm处,不能用力过大,防止损坏下部桩身。
Pipe cutting shall be done very carefully, especially at 100mm above surface of cushion course, avoiding overexertion which may destroy the lower part of pile body.
5) 当桩的长度和位置与设计不符时,应向有关各方及时反映,以采取相应的措施。
In case length and/or position of any pile is found inconsistent with design requirements, it should be reported immediately to relevant parties so that reasonable measures can be taken.
6) 截桩后桩头表面应平整,松散的混凝土碎块及石子应凿除,桩头表面用清水冲洗干净。
After pile cutting is finished, the pile head surfaces shall be flat with all loose concrete brokens or stones chiseled away. Clean pile heads with water.
7) 桩中的主筋应弯成与垫层成45o角,呈放射状插入承台内,钢筋的长度应满足《混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范》GB50204-92的要求,并调直,不够时予以补焊。
The main rebars in piles shall be bent into 45 o to the cushion course and inserted into base slab in a radial way. The length of rebars shall satisfy requirements of Construction and Acceptance Codes for Concrete Structure Works GB50204-92, aligned and repair- welded in case of any shortness.
三、 模板工程 Formworks
1. 材料 Materials
1) 基础上阶模模板采用18mm厚竹胶面大模板,下阶模板采用工具式组合钢模板。
Form of the upper part of Base is big mastic-faced bamboo form at 18mm thick while that of the lower part is steel built-up form.
2) 支撑架采用钢管扣件支撑架,模板的紧固采用φ20钢筋。
The support frames are steel pipe fastening frames. The forms are to be fastened with Steel barsφ20.
3) 模板与混凝土的接触面,在使用前均涂刷适量的水性隔离剂。
The touching faces of forms to concrete shall be brushed with some aqueous separants before use.
2. 施工准备Construction Preparation
1) 场地清理:Field Clean-up
施工前平整场地,准备好模板、支模架料以及其它材料堆放的场地。
Before construction work starts, the field shall be flattened. Make places ready for piling forms, supports and any other materials.
2) 技术准备:Technical Preparation:
熟悉基础的轴线、标高、各部尺寸和技术要求等。
Get familiar with specification of the foundation including its axial lines, height, sizes of different parts and technical requirements and so on.
3) 材料准备:Material Preparation
备好模板及零配件,并按规格分别堆放。
Make ready forms and accessories and pile them up separately according to their specs.
4) 机具准备:Equipment Preparation
施工前准备好钉锤、扳手、榔头、锯子、线锤、墨斗、电钻、钢尺、角尺、水平尺、手提电锯、手提电刨等。
Before construction starts, make ready the following tools: nail hammer, wrench, hammer, saw, wire plumps, ink fountain, electric drill, steel rule, angle, level bar, portable electric saw, portable electric plane.
5) 技术交底:Technical Disclosure:
施工前对操作班组进行技术交底,内容如下:
Before work starts, disclose technical requirements to all work teams including the following contents:
a. 工程对象、工程量、完成时间;
Objects and quantity of Works; date of completion;
b. 模板拼装、支撑系统布置、预埋螺栓等的处理方法及技术要求;
Handling methods and technical requirements for form assembly, supporting system arrangement and embedded anchor bolts, etc.
c. 操作程序;
Operating procedure;
d. 模板安装的质量要求和安全措施。
Quality requirements and safety measures for form installation.
6) 作业条件 Work Conditions
模板施工前,应将钢筋分项工程验收合格;
Before works of form starts, the works of rebar shall be inspected and accepted.
7) 标高测量和放线 Level Measurement and Payingoff
a. 在钢筋上设置标高控制点,作为支模标高的控制标准;
Set the level control points on rebars, which shall be used to control the level of formwork.
b. 将基础的轴线测放在垫层上,弹出十字中心线和模板安装线。
Measure axial lines of the foundation and set them on the cushion course, pluck out the cross lines and form installation lines.
3. 基础模板安装工艺流程 Foundation Form Installation Process
放线Payingoff→安装底阶模the Bottom Form Installation→
安底阶模支撑the Bottom Form Support Installation→
安上阶模the Upper Form Installation→
安上阶模支撑the Upper Form Support Installation→加固Fastening→
检查、校正Inspection and adjustment→验收acceptance
1) 放线 Paying off
模板安装前,先复核基础纵横轴线和水平标高,放线时使用经纬仪将纵横轴线投到垫层上,然后弹出十字线和模板安装线。
Before installing the form, re-check the vertical/horizontal axes and the level height of the foundation. When paying off, use altometer to cast the vertical/horizontal axes lines to the cushion course and then pluck out cross lines and the form installation lines.
2) 模板及支撑安装 Installation of Form and Supports
a. 用1∶3水泥砂浆将垫层表面支设模板的部位抹平。
Flatten the surface of cushion course with 1:3 cement mortar, esp. where the form will stand.
b. 上阶模板:首先将竹胶板拼缝处用手提电刨加工成斜面,以使模板拼接时接缝严密,并用环氧树脂或封边漆进行封边处理。
The Upper Form: First, use the portable electric plane to make the joints of mastic-faced bamboo sheets into bevel faces so that the forms can be tightly assembled. Seal the edges with epoxy resins or edge sealing paint.
c. 用2mm厚钢板加工成200×300mm连接件。
Make 200×300mm joint pieces with 2mm thick steel sheets.
d. 将模板对准墨线竖立就位后,用连接件将模板连成一体,板缝中嵌海绵条防止漏浆。
Position the forms according to ink lines, and then connect the forms with joint pieces. Put sponge bars into seams to prevent leakage of grouts.
e. 沿模板高度方向每隔500mm用φ20圆钢加固一道,先用2T手拉倒链拉紧钢筋,再将其用电焊焊牢;依次固定其余的加固圆钢。
Along the vertical direction of the form, use the round barsφ20 to fasten the form, with the distance of 500mm from each other. When fastening, first use 2T manual jack to tighten the rebar and then weld to fix it with electric welding machine. All fastening steel round bars shall be fixed accordingly.
f. 将上阶模板用连接件连成一体后,通过钢管放在下阶模板上,上阶模的下口与下阶模板的上口在同一水平面内。
After the Upper Form is integrated into one with joint pieces, it shall be put onto the Lower Form via steel pipes. The bottom of the Upper Form and the Head of the Lower Form shall be at the same level.

g. 上阶模板下口用铁马凳支承。
The bottom of the upper form shall be supported with iron stool.
h. 下阶模板:将组合式钢模板用U形卡连成整体,并用钢丝绳临时固定。
The lower form: Connect the built-up steel forms into one whole body with U-clamps and fix it temporarily with steel ropes.
i. 沿模板高度方向每隔500mm用φ20圆钢加固一道,先用2T手拉倒链拉紧钢筋,再将其用电焊焊牢
Along the vertical direction of the form, use the round barsφ20 to fasten the form, with the distance of 500mm from each other. When fastening, first use 2T manual jack to tighten the rebar and then weld to fix it with electric welding machine.
j. 接着用钢脚手管组成三角形支撑架,沿圆周每隔1m设置一道,支撑架与砸入土中的立杆连接牢固,防止模板整体偏移(见上图)。
Secondly, make triangle supports with steel scaffold pipes. Set the supports around the circle with 1m distance from each other. The supports shall be connected tightly to the stakes that are tamped into earth so as to prevent the forms from intact excursion. (Refer to the above sketch.)
3) 检查、校正 Inspection and Adjustment
模板安装后,全面复核基础的轴线、标高和各部尺寸,检查模板与支撑是否严密、牢固,将模板内垃圾清理干净,交付验收。
After the Forms are installed, re-check all-round the axis lines of the foundation, elevation and sizes of different parts, the tightness and fastness of forms and supports. Clean up all raffles within the forms and make it ready for acceptance.
4. 模板拆除 Removal of Forms
1) 当基础混凝土强度达到设计强度的40%时,即可拆除基础模板.
Foundation Forms may be dismantled when the strength of foundation concrete reaches 40% of the design value.
2) 拆模要求:Form Removal Requirements:
在拆除模板过程中,如发现混凝土有影响结构安全的质量问题时,不得继续拆除。应经研究处理后方能拆除。
During the dismantle of forms, in case any quality problem is found with the concrete which may influence safety of structure, stop dismantling at once and continue after necessary investigation is made and handling measures are taken.
3) 拆模操作:Must-Knows for Form Removal
合理使用撬棍,当使用撬棍拆模时,动作应轻而准,不得损伤混凝土棱角或撬坏模板。严禁用撬棍、铁锤乱撬乱砸。
When dismantling the forms, the dismantling workers may use crowbars. However, they shall act lightly and accurately to avoid breaking edges/corners of concrete or the forms. It is strictly forbidden to pry or hammer at random with crowbars or hammers.
四、 钢筋工程 Rebar Works
1. 材质标准:Material Standards:
钢筋混凝土结构所用的钢筋质量应符合下列标准的规定:
Rebars for reinforced concrete structure use shall meet the following standards:

Hot Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars for the Reinforcement of Concrete GB1499-91
《钢筋混凝土用热轧光圆钢筋》GB13013-91
Hot Rolled Plain Steel Bars for the Reinforcement of Concrete GB13013-91
2. 材质验收:Material Acceptance
钢筋应有出厂证明书和试验报告单,每捆钢筋均应有标志,进场时按炉批号及直径分批检验,检验内容包括查对标志、外观检查,抽取试样做力学性能试验,合格后方可使用。
All rebars shall be attached with Certificate of Merchandise and Inspection Report. Every bundle of rebars shall be marked appropriately and checked by batch according to furnace numbers and diameters when delivered to the field, including check of marks and appearance, sample mechanical tests. The rebars can only be put into use after they pass the checks.
3. 取样检验:Sampling and Tests
1) 从每批钢筋中任选两根,各取一个拉力和一个冷弯试样。割取时,从钢筋端部甩出0.5m。
Pick out two rebars from each batch, one for tension test and one for cold bending. In cutting, throw off 0.5m from an end of the rebar.
2) 钢筋在加工中如发生脆断、焊接性能不良或机械性能显著不正常时,须重新作力学性能试验,必要时尚需根据国家标准对该批钢筋作化学分析检验或其他专项检验。
In case any brittle failure, or poor welding property or any obvious mechanical property abnormal found in processing, the mechanical tests shall be performed again. If necessary, chemical analysis or any other special inspection shall be done to this batch of rebars according to relevant national standards.
3) 对有抗震要求的框架结构纵向受力钢筋检验所得的强度实测值应符合下列要求:
For framework which needs to be anti-knocking, the actual tested results out of the rebar lengthwise stress test shall conform to the following:
a. 钢筋的抗拉强度实测值与屈服强度实测值的比值应不小于1.25;
The specific value of the actual tested value of rebar tensile strength to that of yield strength shall be no less than 1.25.
b. 钢筋的屈服强度实测值与钢筋的强度标准值之比值,当按一级抗震设计时,应不大于1.25;当按二级抗震设计时,应不大于1.4。
The specific value of the actual tested value of rebar yield strength to the standard value of strength shall be not more than 1.25 at Grade I anti-knocking design and shall be not more than 1.4 at Grade II anti-knocking design.
4. 运输及堆放:Transport and Pile-up
钢筋在运输和储存时,须保留标志,并应按批堆放整齐,标明钢筋级别、规格及数量,钢筋与地面之间应垫不低于200mm的枕木。
Marks on the rebars shall be retained in transportation and storage. The rebars shall be piled up in good order according to their batches and marked with grade, specification and quantity. The rebars shall be put on at least 200mm thick wooden sleepers so as to separate from the ground.
5. 钢筋焊接:Rebar Welding
1) 钢筋的连接采用焊接连接。
Rebar connection will be done by welding.
2) 凡参加钢筋焊接的操作人员都必须持有效证件。
All workers to be involved in rebar welding shall be with effective work permits.
3) 钢筋电弧焊所采用的焊条,其性能应符合低碳和低合金钢电焊条的有关规定,其牌号应符合设计及规范要求。
Welding rods to be used for rebar arc welding shall be with good properties, conforming to relevant regulations for low carbon and low alloy steel electric welding rods and the brand/type shall meet requirements of design and relevant codes.
6. 钢筋加工 Rebar Processing
1) 钢筋加工工艺流程 Rebar processing procedures:

2) 除锈、调直 Rust removal and align
a. 除锈要求与方法 Rust removal requirements and method:
v 钢筋表面油渍、漆污、泥土和铁锈等在使用前清除干净,带有颗粒状或片状的严重锈蚀钢筋不得使用。
All oil stains, paints, dusts and rusts on the surface of rebars shall be cleaned up before use. Seriously rusted rebars with granule or scaly rusts shall not be used.
v 浮锈可不作处理。
Free rusts may not be treated.
b. 调直方法 Methods of Align
直条钢筋采用冷拉或人工平直。
Straight bars can be aligned through cold drawing or manually.
3) 钢筋切断、成型 Rebar Cutting and Shaping
a. 钢筋成型方法采用机械。
Rebars are to be shaped mechanically.
b. 复核料牌,根据配料单复核所注的钢筋级别、规格、尺寸、数量是否正确。
Recheck the material lists to see whether rebar grade, specification, size and quantity are all correct based on the material charge sheet.
c. 统筹配料,将同规格的钢筋按不同长度进行长短搭配统筹排料,一般先断长料后断短料。
Plan all materials based on overall needs, arranging reasonably all rebars according to their different grades or length. Usually cut off first for longer bars and then shorter ones.
d. 在工作台上标出尺寸刻度线,设置断料尺寸挡板,断料时避免用短尺丈量长料。
Make scale marks on the working desk and set the size stop bar. It shall be avoided to use short rule to measure a long rebar in cutting.
e. 检查切断刀口安装是否正确、螺丝是否紧固、刀口是否密合、润滑油是否充足。
Check to make sure that the cutting knife is installed properly, screws are tight, blade is fit and lube is sufficient.
f. 切断机经试运转,正常后方可正式操作。
The cutter can only be put into normal operation after it is test-run ok.
g. 在切断过程中,如发现钢筋有劈裂、缩头或严重的弯头等必须切除,如发现钢筋的硬度与该钢种有较大出入时应及时反映给专责工程师。
In case of any split-off, sinkhead or serious bending found on a rebar in cutting, it should be cut away. If the hardness of a certain rebar is found quite different from what it should be, the worker shall immediately report to the responsible engineer.
h. 钢筋的断口不得有马蹄形或起弯现象。
The cut face of rebars shall never be in shape of hoof nor bending.
i. 钢筋的长度应准确,其允许偏差为±10mm。
The length of rebars shall be accurate with the allowed deviation within ±10mm.
4) 钢筋堆放 Pile-up of Rebars
钢筋切断后应按级别、规格、类型分别堆放,并挂牌标注。同一型号构件的钢筋堆放一处,其余短料也应分别堆放。
After cutting off, the rebars shall be piled up separately and marked with plates according to their grades, specification and types. Rebar structural members at the same type shall be piled together while other shorts shall also be piled separately.
5) 钢筋成型应根据料牌所注的形状、尺寸进行加工,形状复杂的应放大样,试弯并经检验合格后再成批加工。
Rebars shall be shaped according to the shapes and sizes specified on the material plates. Complicated shapes shall be with magnified sketch and for them the rebars shall be test-bent first before batch processing.
7. 钢筋绑扎与安装 Rebar Fastening and Installation
1) 绑扎工具:铁丝钩、小撬杠、扳手、钢卷尺等。
Fastening tools: iron wires, small crowbars, wrenches, steel tape rulers, etc.
2) 技术准备 Technical Preparation
a. 操作人员应熟悉图纸,明确施工图对钢筋安装绑扎的具体要求。确定钢筋绑扎方法和安装顺序。
Workers shall first get familiar with drawings to understand well Construction Drawings’ requirements to rebar Fastening and installation and determine methods and procedures hereof.
b. 清理、平整钢筋堆放场地,安放垫木后应绑扎安装的先后顺序分类堆放钢筋。
Clean up and flatten the field for rebar piling. Set the wooden sleepers, on which rebars shall be piled up according to Fastening/installation order.
c. 由钢筋班长核对钢筋规格、尺寸、形状、数量是否与料牌、配料单、图纸一致,并检查钢筋出厂证明、复试报告是否齐全。
Foreman of rebar work team shall check whether specification, size, shape and quantity are all consistent with material plates, material lists and drawings. He shall also check whether certificates of merchandise and re-test reports of rebars are complete.
d. 上道工序经检查、验收合格。
The former work step is already checked and accepted.
3) 绑扎工艺 Fastening Process
a. 绑扎方法 Method of Fastening
施工前根据结构形式、构件大小及现场运输条件和机械情况灵活选用模内绑扎与模外绑扎方法。
Before the Fastening work starts, suitable in-form and out-form Fastening methods shall be chosen flexibly according to structure, size of members, field transport and mechanical conditions.
b. 绑扎工艺流程 Procedures
定位划线Positioning and line drawing→摆筋Rebar lay out→绑扎Fastening→
安放垫块Setting cushion blocks→检查Check
c. 摆筋顺序及要求 Rebar layout procedure and requirements
v 先摆下层网钢筋,绑扎完后再放上层网,并应在上层网下面设置钢筋撑脚,撑脚间距为1m。
First, lay out the underlayer rebars and fasten. After the underlayer is finished, lay out the upper layer. Under the upperlayer there should be armbraces, 1m from each other.
v 摆放有接头的钢筋时,其接头位置及搭接长度应符合《混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范》GB50204-92的规定。
When laying rebar with adapter, the adapter position and overlapping length shall be in accordance with Construction and Acceptance Codes for Concrete Structure Works GB50204-92
d. 套箍要求Requirements of Tie bars
v 箍筋弯钩叠合处应交错套入。
The overlapped parts of edge bend of tie bars shall be put in a staggered way.
v 箍筋的间距及数量应符合设计要求。
The spacing and the number of tie bars shall conform to design requirements.
e. 扎筋要求 Fastening Requirements
v 钢筋直径小于12mm时采用22号铁丝,钢筋直径在12~16mm时采用20号铁丝。
Iron wire No.22 shall be used for rebars DN<12mm, No.20 for rebars 12mm
<16mm>
v 绑扣方法采用交叉反顺扣方法,平板钢筋除采用顺扣外,还应增加一些十字扣;在钢筋转角处,应采用兜扣并加缠扣;竖向钢筋应采用十字花扣并适当加缠。
Buckling methods: Normal and inverse buckling shall be used in turn. For flat rebars, in addition to normal bucklings, some cross bucklings shall be added. At the turning angles of rebars, round buckling as well as windings shall be used. For vertical rebars, cross buckling shall be used with some windings.
f. 垫块设置 Setting cushion blocks
为保证钢筋混凝土保护层的厚度,应在钢筋与模板之间设置砂浆垫块,间距为500mm,交错放置。
In order to ensure the reinforced concrete protective layer is thick enough, mortar cushion blocks shall be set in a staggered way between rebars and forms with the space of 500mm.

一. 总述
I. General Description
本工程为有限公司一体化**项目合成气装置工程,由德希尼布有限公司总承包,承蒙总承包商贵公司关照,我单位对该工程的地下管道和设备基础、道路等工程范围进行投标。我公司接受招标文件后,对标文提供的设计图纸和技术文件等认真研究,拟订出施工的初步方案。
This project is for Construction of Synthetic Gas Plant, BASF-YPC IPS Project, which is generally contracted by Technip Far East. It is our great honor to have this opportunity to tender for Civil Works construction including Underground Pipeworks, Equipment Foundation Works and Road Works. After receiving the Call for Bid documents (CFB) from you, we have studied very carefully all design drawings and technical information provided together with CFB and hence made a preliminary Construction Scheme.
如果我单位有幸中标,则在实际施工过程中,严格执行现行规范和标文中技术说明的要求和做法。在施工程序的安排上,遵循先下后上、工段间交叉穿插,地下管道在不妨碍基础施工的前提下,跟进基础开挖安装。
If we can win the bid, we will strictly comply with all currently applicable regulations, codes and specifications and work following technical requirements and working methods specified in the bidding documents. In respect of construction work procedure, we will follow the principles of ‘underground prior to overground ’ and coordinate reasonably different work sections. For example, Underground Piping Works may be carried out in parallel with Foundation Works with the precondition of not-influencing the latter.
土方工程采用机械开挖人工配合,以提高工效和保证尺寸准确,基础模板采用胶合板,且投入的胶合板无损坏、不平面现象,以保证混凝土结构的成形符合要求。
Earthworks will be excavated mechanically and affiliated with hand works so as to improve work efficiency and ensure dimension accuracy. Foundation forms will be made with plywood which should be scatheless and smooth so as to ensure the shaping of concrete structures are satisfactory.

一. 概况 Briefing
本工程投标工作范围是根据招标方德希尼布远东私营有限公司提供的招标文件确定,主要包括的项目为:地下管道工程,道路围墙工程,火炬工段、压缩工段、重整工段、储罐、冷箱、管架等基础工程,所有基础下均有桩基础。工程地点:扬巴电厂西侧。一期工程工期要求:14/08/03—31/12/03。
The Scope of Work mentioned hereunder is determined according to the bidding documents provided by TECHNIP FAR EAST, mainly including Underground Piping Works, Road & Fence Wall Works, Foundation Works for Flare Area, Compressor Area, Reformer Area, Storage Tanks, Cold Box, Pipe Racks and so on. All foundations will be with piling foundation. Location of Works: West to BYC Power Plant. The time limitation for Work Phase I: 14/08/03—31/12/03.
二. 编制说明 Compiling Description
1. 为确保本招标工程施工质量与进度,结合现场实际情况及我公司施工力量,编制本施工方案,用于指导施工。
In order to ensure quality and due performance of Works as object of the Bid, we hereby prepare this Construction Scheme, which will be used to guide the construction work.
2. 因目前招标文件提供的施工技术资料不全,故本方案未尽之处均参照现行国家有关规程、规范及招标文件技术要求。

一、 进度计划 Schedule
按照招标文件中各个子项的工期要求,精心组织协调好人员、施工机械、周转材料,子项间合理穿插,其中地下管道的安装工作在不影响基础施工的前提下跟进施工,主要工序的进度计划安排如下:
According to time requirements for each item as specified in Bidding docs, we will carefully organize personnel, construction equipment, materials for construction, and we will coordinate all these items reasonably. Underground piping works shall proceed in parallel with the foundation works with the premises of not-affecting progress of foundation works. Chapter 4 Construction Process and Technical Measures
一、 土方施工 Earth Works
1. 机具准备:反铲挖掘机、自卸汽车、污水泵。
Equipment Preparation: backhoe excavator, tip lorry, sewage pump
2. 现场准备:Field Preparation
1) 土方开挖前,桩基工程应经验收合格,并办理动土证,经有关各方批准后方可施工。
Before the excavation starts, the piling foundation shall be checked and accepted, the Excavation Permission and all relevant approvals obtained.
2) 现场砌筑沉淀池,以便将废水沉淀后再排至已有的排水系统中。
Build a depositing tank on-site to deposit the sewage water before it is emitted into the existing drainage system.
3) 确定合理的车辆出入方向,施工机械进入现场所经过的道路,事先做好必要的加固、修补工作。
Determine the direction for vehicle in/out reasonably. The roads on which the construction equipment will be carried into field shall be repaired and strengthened as necessary.

4. 挖方 Excavation
1) 结合施工总体部署进行土方平衡,按照土方运距最短,运程合理的原则做好调配,减少重复挖运。
Balance the earth work based on the General Deployment for Construction, schedule the excavation following the principle of shortening moving distance and rationalizing moving route so as to minimizing repeat excavation.
2) 土方开挖采用机械开挖配备自卸汽车运土,人工修整边坡及场地边角。
The excavation will be done with excavation equipment and the earth transported with tip lorries. Side slopes and field corners will be finished manually.
3) 土方开挖时,沿基坑上口四周用挖出的土堆成300mm高土堤,防止地表水流入基坑,基底四角各挖一集水坑,以能利用污水泵排水为准。
During the excavation, use the excavated soil to built a 300mm-high bank surrounding the upper port of foundation pit so as to prevent surface water from flowing into it. At each corner of the foundation pit, a water collection pit shall be dug to the degree that sewage pump can be used to drain the water.
4) 根据该地区土质状况,土方开挖边坡坡度按1∶0.75(高∶宽)进行,如开挖后发现土质不好,则视实际情况加大边坡坡度值。
According to the field soil nature, the side slopes of earthwork in excavation shall be 1:0.75 (Height: Width). In case the soil nature is found worse after excavation starts, the slope grade shall be increased according to the actual situation.
5) 为确保土方开挖质量,当用机械开挖时,在基底标高以上预留100mm厚土层用人工清理。
In order to ensure the excavation quality, when doing excavation mechanically, a 100mm-thick layer of soil above the sub-base level shall be kept for manual removal.
6) 夜间施工时,沿基坑四周配置足够数量的碘钨灯,防止挖方超挖或铺填作业超厚,在危险地段设置明显标志,夜间挂警示红灯。
For night work, install sufficient number of iodine-tungsten lamps around the foundation pit to prevent over-excavation or over-thickness of filling. Hang easy-to-see marks for dangerous areas. Use red-light alert at night.
7) 土方开挖过程中,如出现异常情况,应暂停施工,将人员、机械撤至安全地点,并通知有关单位提出处理措施。
During the excavation, if any abnormal matter appears, stop work at once and withdraw all persons and machines to a safe place. Notify immediately relevant authorities to get handling measures.
8) 当基坑开挖接近设计标高时,应在基坑壁及基底打入小木桩,在木桩上引测同一高程标高,以便据此拉线修整坑底及施工垫层。
When the foundation pit is excavated to the designed height level, put small woodpiles into pit wall and bottom. Based on the woodpiles measure and mark level heights, according to which lines can be set for pit bottom leveling and cushion courses.
9) 基坑开挖完毕,应及时会同承包商及设计单位进行验槽,并做好记录。
After the foundation pit excavation is completed, Contractor and Designer shall be invited for joint checking and acceptance. Make and keep relevant records properly.
5. 注意事项:ATTENTIONS
1) 土方工程产生的多余土,运至总承包商指定地点。
Surplus soil from Earth Works shall be disposed to the place designated by CONTRACTOR.
2) 基坑开挖后禁止扰动地基土。
It is forbidden to upset the ground base soil after the foundation pit is excavated.
3) 对定位桩和水准点等加以保护,挖土时不得碰撞,并定期复测,检查其可靠性。
Guide piles and level marks shall be protected well, not allowed to touch in excavation. Regularly re-check to ensure their accuracy.
4) 开挖修整完毕的基坑表面应平整,不应用松填土找平基坑底面。个别稍低于设计标高的低凹处,用C10混凝土找平。
After excavation and leveling are both completed, the surface of foundation pit shall be flat. It is not allowed to flatten it with loose earth. Some points a little lower than designed level shall be flattened with C10 concrete.
5) 基坑验收后,应及时进行基础混凝土浇筑。
After the foundation pit is accepted, immediately start foundation concrete pouring.
6. 填方 Backfill
1) 回填前清除基坑内的积水和有机杂物,基础混凝土强度应达到设计强度,对填方基底和已完隐蔽工程进行检查和工序交接。
Before backfill starts, water and organic raffles in the foundation pit shall be cleaned up and the base concrete shall have already reached the design strength and more, the sub-base for backfill as well as completed concealed work shall be already checked and handed over to next work step.
2) 采用原场地内开挖出的土作为回填土料。
Use the excavated soil for backfill.
3) 回填土采用机械运土,人工摊平、机械分层夯实的施工方法,夯实机械选用蛙式打夯机。
Backfill soil shall be moved mechanically, set off manually and compacted by layers with frog rammers
4) 回填时每层虚铺厚度为250mm,每层夯击4遍。
In backfill, the loose paved soil shall be 250mm thick for each layer. Compact 4 times for each layer.
5) 对有密实度要求的填方,每层压实后用环刀法按《建筑工程质量检验评定标准》GBJ301-88中的规定取样,进行干密度试验,合格后再施工下一层。
For backfill areas where compaction density is required, test the dry density of each layer after compaction. The test samples shall be taken with cutting ring method following the Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Construction Quality GBJ301-88. Only when the test result is satisfactory can the next layer begins.
6) 分段分层填土,并将交接处填成阶梯形,每层相互搭接,其搭接长度不小于每层填土厚度的2倍,上下层错缝距离不小于1m。
The backfill shall be done by sections and by layers. The joints shall be made in echelon form and with layers overlap to each other. The length of overlapped part shall be not less than twice as many as the thickness of each layer. The stagger joints between two layers shall be no less than 1m.
7) 施工时保护轴线控制桩和高程控制点,防止移位下沉。
Protect the axial line control piles and the altitude control points during construction so as to avoid shifting and/or sinking.
8) 土方回填施工连续进行,尽快完成。
Backfill shall be done continuously and finished as soon as possible.
7. 标识管理 Management of Marks
1) 测量仪器应有检定合格标签。
Measurement apparatus shall be attached with inspection and acceptance certificates.
2) 路基在密实度检验合格后插牌作好标识。
Insert plates to mark road bases that have already passed the compaction density tests.
二、 截桩 Pile Cutting
1. 机具准备:空压机、风镐、电气焊、钢丝绳。
Equipment Preparation: aerostatic press, air picker, electric/gas welding, steel ropes.
2. 现场准备:Field Preparation
截桩前,应检查验收混凝土桩,合格后进行下一道工序。
Before pile cutting, the concrete piles shall be inspected and accepted for start of next step.
3. 施工方法:Work Approaches:
1) 截桩作业在垫层混凝土施工完后进行。
Pile cutting works shall be done after the cushion course concrete work is completed.
2) 由人工用风镐进行截桩作业。
Pile cutting shall be done manually with air picker.
3) 根据设计要求,混凝土桩凿至垫层上表面100mm,超出部分的混凝土凿除。
According to design requirements, concrete piles shall be 100mm above surface of cushion course. Surplus concrete shall be chiseled away.
4) 截桩必须认真对待,特别是在距垫层上表面100mm处,不能用力过大,防止损坏下部桩身。
Pipe cutting shall be done very carefully, especially at 100mm above surface of cushion course, avoiding overexertion which may destroy the lower part of pile body.
5) 当桩的长度和位置与设计不符时,应向有关各方及时反映,以采取相应的措施。
In case length and/or position of any pile is found inconsistent with design requirements, it should be reported immediately to relevant parties so that reasonable measures can be taken.
6) 截桩后桩头表面应平整,松散的混凝土碎块及石子应凿除,桩头表面用清水冲洗干净。
After pile cutting is finished, the pile head surfaces shall be flat with all loose concrete brokens or stones chiseled away. Clean pile heads with water.
7) 桩中的主筋应弯成与垫层成45o角,呈放射状插入承台内,钢筋的长度应满足《混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范》GB50204-92的要求,并调直,不够时予以补焊。
The main rebars in piles shall be bent into 45 o to the cushion course and inserted into base slab in a radial way. The length of rebars shall satisfy requirements of Construction and Acceptance Codes for Concrete Structure Works GB50204-92, aligned and repair- welded in case of any shortness.
三、 模板工程 Formworks
1. 材料 Materials
1) 基础上阶模模板采用18mm厚竹胶面大模板,下阶模板采用工具式组合钢模板。
Form of the upper part of Base is big mastic-faced bamboo form at 18mm thick while that of the lower part is steel built-up form.
2) 支撑架采用钢管扣件支撑架,模板的紧固采用φ20钢筋。
The support frames are steel pipe fastening frames. The forms are to be fastened with Steel barsφ20.
3) 模板与混凝土的接触面,在使用前均涂刷适量的水性隔离剂。
The touching faces of forms to concrete shall be brushed with some aqueous separants before use.
2. 施工准备Construction Preparation
1) 场地清理:Field Clean-up
施工前平整场地,准备好模板、支模架料以及其它材料堆放的场地。
Before construction work starts, the field shall be flattened. Make places ready for piling forms, supports and any other materials.
2) 技术准备:Technical Preparation:
熟悉基础的轴线、标高、各部尺寸和技术要求等。
Get familiar with specification of the foundation including its axial lines, height, sizes of different parts and technical requirements and so on.
3) 材料准备:Material Preparation
备好模板及零配件,并按规格分别堆放。
Make ready forms and accessories and pile them up separately according to their specs.
4) 机具准备:Equipment Preparation
施工前准备好钉锤、扳手、榔头、锯子、线锤、墨斗、电钻、钢尺、角尺、水平尺、手提电锯、手提电刨等。
Before construction starts, make ready the following tools: nail hammer, wrench, hammer, saw, wire plumps, ink fountain, electric drill, steel rule, angle, level bar, portable electric saw, portable electric plane.
5) 技术交底:Technical Disclosure:
施工前对操作班组进行技术交底,内容如下:
Before work starts, disclose technical requirements to all work teams including the following contents:
a. 工程对象、工程量、完成时间;
Objects and quantity of Works; date of completion;
b. 模板拼装、支撑系统布置、预埋螺栓等的处理方法及技术要求;
Handling methods and technical requirements for form assembly, supporting system arrangement and embedded anchor bolts, etc.
c. 操作程序;
Operating procedure;
d. 模板安装的质量要求和安全措施。
Quality requirements and safety measures for form installation.
6) 作业条件 Work Conditions
模板施工前,应将钢筋分项工程验收合格;
Before works of form starts, the works of rebar shall be inspected and accepted.
7) 标高测量和放线 Level Measurement and Payingoff
a. 在钢筋上设置标高控制点,作为支模标高的控制标准;
Set the level control points on rebars, which shall be used to control the level of formwork.
b. 将基础的轴线测放在垫层上,弹出十字中心线和模板安装线。
Measure axial lines of the foundation and set them on the cushion course, pluck out the cross lines and form installation lines.
3. 基础模板安装工艺流程 Foundation Form Installation Process

检查、校正Inspection and adjustment→验收acceptance
1) 放线 Paying off
模板安装前,先复核基础纵横轴线和水平标高,放线时使用经纬仪将纵横轴线投到垫层上,然后弹出十字线和模板安装线。
Before installing the form, re-check the vertical/horizontal axes and the level height of the foundation. When paying off, use altometer to cast the vertical/horizontal axes lines to the cushion course and then pluck out cross lines and the form installation lines.
2) 模板及支撑安装 Installation of Form and Supports
a. 用1∶3水泥砂浆将垫层表面支设模板的部位抹平。
Flatten the surface of cushion course with 1:3 cement mortar, esp. where the form will stand.
b. 上阶模板:首先将竹胶板拼缝处用手提电刨加工成斜面,以使模板拼接时接缝严密,并用环氧树脂或封边漆进行封边处理。
The Upper Form: First, use the portable electric plane to make the joints of mastic-faced bamboo sheets into bevel faces so that the forms can be tightly assembled. Seal the edges with epoxy resins or edge sealing paint.
c. 用2mm厚钢板加工成200×300mm连接件。
Make 200×300mm joint pieces with 2mm thick steel sheets.
d. 将模板对准墨线竖立就位后,用连接件将模板连成一体,板缝中嵌海绵条防止漏浆。
Position the forms according to ink lines, and then connect the forms with joint pieces. Put sponge bars into seams to prevent leakage of grouts.
e. 沿模板高度方向每隔500mm用φ20圆钢加固一道,先用2T手拉倒链拉紧钢筋,再将其用电焊焊牢;依次固定其余的加固圆钢。
Along the vertical direction of the form, use the round barsφ20 to fasten the form, with the distance of 500mm from each other. When fastening, first use 2T manual jack to tighten the rebar and then weld to fix it with electric welding machine. All fastening steel round bars shall be fixed accordingly.

After the Upper Form is integrated into one with joint pieces, it shall be put onto the Lower Form via steel pipes. The bottom of the Upper Form and the Head of the Lower Form shall be at the same level.

g. 上阶模板下口用铁马凳支承。
The bottom of the upper form shall be supported with iron stool.
h. 下阶模板:将组合式钢模板用U形卡连成整体,并用钢丝绳临时固定。
The lower form: Connect the built-up steel forms into one whole body with U-clamps and fix it temporarily with steel ropes.
i. 沿模板高度方向每隔500mm用φ20圆钢加固一道,先用2T手拉倒链拉紧钢筋,再将其用电焊焊牢

Secondly, make triangle supports with steel scaffold pipes. Set the supports around the circle with 1m distance from each other. The supports shall be connected tightly to the stakes that are tamped into earth so as to prevent the forms from intact excursion. (Refer to the above sketch.)
3) 检查、校正 Inspection and Adjustment
模板安装后,全面复核基础的轴线、标高和各部尺寸,检查模板与支撑是否严密、牢固,将模板内垃圾清理干净,交付验收。
After the Forms are installed, re-check all-round the axis lines of the foundation, elevation and sizes of different parts, the tightness and fastness of forms and supports. Clean up all raffles within the forms and make it ready for acceptance.
4. 模板拆除 Removal of Forms
1) 当基础混凝土强度达到设计强度的40%时,即可拆除基础模板.
Foundation Forms may be dismantled when the strength of foundation concrete reaches 40% of the design value.
2) 拆模要求:Form Removal Requirements:
在拆除模板过程中,如发现混凝土有影响结构安全的质量问题时,不得继续拆除。应经研究处理后方能拆除。
During the dismantle of forms, in case any quality problem is found with the concrete which may influence safety of structure, stop dismantling at once and continue after necessary investigation is made and handling measures are taken.
3) 拆模操作:Must-Knows for Form Removal
合理使用撬棍,当使用撬棍拆模时,动作应轻而准,不得损伤混凝土棱角或撬坏模板。严禁用撬棍、铁锤乱撬乱砸。
When dismantling the forms, the dismantling workers may use crowbars. However, they shall act lightly and accurately to avoid breaking edges/corners of concrete or the forms. It is strictly forbidden to pry or hammer at random with crowbars or hammers.
四、 钢筋工程 Rebar Works
1. 材质标准:Material Standards:
钢筋混凝土结构所用的钢筋质量应符合下列标准的规定:
Rebars for reinforced concrete structure use shall meet the following standards:

Hot Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars for the Reinforcement of Concrete GB1499-91

Hot Rolled Plain Steel Bars for the Reinforcement of Concrete GB13013-91
2. 材质验收:Material Acceptance
钢筋应有出厂证明书和试验报告单,每捆钢筋均应有标志,进场时按炉批号及直径分批检验,检验内容包括查对标志、外观检查,抽取试样做力学性能试验,合格后方可使用。
All rebars shall be attached with Certificate of Merchandise and Inspection Report. Every bundle of rebars shall be marked appropriately and checked by batch according to furnace numbers and diameters when delivered to the field, including check of marks and appearance, sample mechanical tests. The rebars can only be put into use after they pass the checks.
3. 取样检验:Sampling and Tests
1) 从每批钢筋中任选两根,各取一个拉力和一个冷弯试样。割取时,从钢筋端部甩出0.5m。
Pick out two rebars from each batch, one for tension test and one for cold bending. In cutting, throw off 0.5m from an end of the rebar.
2) 钢筋在加工中如发生脆断、焊接性能不良或机械性能显著不正常时,须重新作力学性能试验,必要时尚需根据国家标准对该批钢筋作化学分析检验或其他专项检验。
In case any brittle failure, or poor welding property or any obvious mechanical property abnormal found in processing, the mechanical tests shall be performed again. If necessary, chemical analysis or any other special inspection shall be done to this batch of rebars according to relevant national standards.
3) 对有抗震要求的框架结构纵向受力钢筋检验所得的强度实测值应符合下列要求:
For framework which needs to be anti-knocking, the actual tested results out of the rebar lengthwise stress test shall conform to the following:
a. 钢筋的抗拉强度实测值与屈服强度实测值的比值应不小于1.25;
The specific value of the actual tested value of rebar tensile strength to that of yield strength shall be no less than 1.25.
b. 钢筋的屈服强度实测值与钢筋的强度标准值之比值,当按一级抗震设计时,应不大于1.25;当按二级抗震设计时,应不大于1.4。
The specific value of the actual tested value of rebar yield strength to the standard value of strength shall be not more than 1.25 at Grade I anti-knocking design and shall be not more than 1.4 at Grade II anti-knocking design.
4. 运输及堆放:Transport and Pile-up
钢筋在运输和储存时,须保留标志,并应按批堆放整齐,标明钢筋级别、规格及数量,钢筋与地面之间应垫不低于200mm的枕木。
Marks on the rebars shall be retained in transportation and storage. The rebars shall be piled up in good order according to their batches and marked with grade, specification and quantity. The rebars shall be put on at least 200mm thick wooden sleepers so as to separate from the ground.
5. 钢筋焊接:Rebar Welding
1) 钢筋的连接采用焊接连接。
Rebar connection will be done by welding.
2) 凡参加钢筋焊接的操作人员都必须持有效证件。
All workers to be involved in rebar welding shall be with effective work permits.
3) 钢筋电弧焊所采用的焊条,其性能应符合低碳和低合金钢电焊条的有关规定,其牌号应符合设计及规范要求。
Welding rods to be used for rebar arc welding shall be with good properties, conforming to relevant regulations for low carbon and low alloy steel electric welding rods and the brand/type shall meet requirements of design and relevant codes.
6. 钢筋加工 Rebar Processing
1) 钢筋加工工艺流程 Rebar processing procedures:
钢筋就位Rebar on place→开盘open→调直、除锈align and rust removal→
切断cut off→成型shaping→堆放pile up
2) 除锈、调直 Rust removal and align
a. 除锈要求与方法 Rust removal requirements and method:
v 钢筋表面油渍、漆污、泥土和铁锈等在使用前清除干净,带有颗粒状或片状的严重锈蚀钢筋不得使用。
All oil stains, paints, dusts and rusts on the surface of rebars shall be cleaned up before use. Seriously rusted rebars with granule or scaly rusts shall not be used.
v 浮锈可不作处理。
Free rusts may not be treated.
b. 调直方法 Methods of Align
直条钢筋采用冷拉或人工平直。
Straight bars can be aligned through cold drawing or manually.
3) 钢筋切断、成型 Rebar Cutting and Shaping
a. 钢筋成型方法采用机械。
Rebars are to be shaped mechanically.
b. 复核料牌,根据配料单复核所注的钢筋级别、规格、尺寸、数量是否正确。
Recheck the material lists to see whether rebar grade, specification, size and quantity are all correct based on the material charge sheet.
c. 统筹配料,将同规格的钢筋按不同长度进行长短搭配统筹排料,一般先断长料后断短料。
Plan all materials based on overall needs, arranging reasonably all rebars according to their different grades or length. Usually cut off first for longer bars and then shorter ones.
d. 在工作台上标出尺寸刻度线,设置断料尺寸挡板,断料时避免用短尺丈量长料。
Make scale marks on the working desk and set the size stop bar. It shall be avoided to use short rule to measure a long rebar in cutting.
e. 检查切断刀口安装是否正确、螺丝是否紧固、刀口是否密合、润滑油是否充足。
Check to make sure that the cutting knife is installed properly, screws are tight, blade is fit and lube is sufficient.
f. 切断机经试运转,正常后方可正式操作。
The cutter can only be put into normal operation after it is test-run ok.
g. 在切断过程中,如发现钢筋有劈裂、缩头或严重的弯头等必须切除,如发现钢筋的硬度与该钢种有较大出入时应及时反映给专责工程师。
In case of any split-off, sinkhead or serious bending found on a rebar in cutting, it should be cut away. If the hardness of a certain rebar is found quite different from what it should be, the worker shall immediately report to the responsible engineer.
h. 钢筋的断口不得有马蹄形或起弯现象。
The cut face of rebars shall never be in shape of hoof nor bending.
i. 钢筋的长度应准确,其允许偏差为±10mm。
The length of rebars shall be accurate with the allowed deviation within ±10mm.
4) 钢筋堆放 Pile-up of Rebars
钢筋切断后应按级别、规格、类型分别堆放,并挂牌标注。同一型号构件的钢筋堆放一处,其余短料也应分别堆放。
After cutting off, the rebars shall be piled up separately and marked with plates according to their grades, specification and types. Rebar structural members at the same type shall be piled together while other shorts shall also be piled separately.
5) 钢筋成型应根据料牌所注的形状、尺寸进行加工,形状复杂的应放大样,试弯并经检验合格后再成批加工。
Rebars shall be shaped according to the shapes and sizes specified on the material plates. Complicated shapes shall be with magnified sketch and for them the rebars shall be test-bent first before batch processing.
7. 钢筋绑扎与安装 Rebar Fastening and Installation
1) 绑扎工具:铁丝钩、小撬杠、扳手、钢卷尺等。
Fastening tools: iron wires, small crowbars, wrenches, steel tape rulers, etc.
2) 技术准备 Technical Preparation
a. 操作人员应熟悉图纸,明确施工图对钢筋安装绑扎的具体要求。确定钢筋绑扎方法和安装顺序。
Workers shall first get familiar with drawings to understand well Construction Drawings’ requirements to rebar Fastening and installation and determine methods and procedures hereof.
b. 清理、平整钢筋堆放场地,安放垫木后应绑扎安装的先后顺序分类堆放钢筋。
Clean up and flatten the field for rebar piling. Set the wooden sleepers, on which rebars shall be piled up according to Fastening/installation order.
c. 由钢筋班长核对钢筋规格、尺寸、形状、数量是否与料牌、配料单、图纸一致,并检查钢筋出厂证明、复试报告是否齐全。
Foreman of rebar work team shall check whether specification, size, shape and quantity are all consistent with material plates, material lists and drawings. He shall also check whether certificates of merchandise and re-test reports of rebars are complete.
d. 上道工序经检查、验收合格。
The former work step is already checked and accepted.
3) 绑扎工艺 Fastening Process
a. 绑扎方法 Method of Fastening
施工前根据结构形式、构件大小及现场运输条件和机械情况灵活选用模内绑扎与模外绑扎方法。
Before the Fastening work starts, suitable in-form and out-form Fastening methods shall be chosen flexibly according to structure, size of members, field transport and mechanical conditions.
b. 绑扎工艺流程 Procedures
定位划线Positioning and line drawing→摆筋Rebar lay out→绑扎Fastening→
安放垫块Setting cushion blocks→检查Check
c. 摆筋顺序及要求 Rebar layout procedure and requirements
v 先摆下层网钢筋,绑扎完后再放上层网,并应在上层网下面设置钢筋撑脚,撑脚间距为1m。
First, lay out the underlayer rebars and fasten. After the underlayer is finished, lay out the upper layer. Under the upperlayer there should be armbraces, 1m from each other.
v 摆放有接头的钢筋时,其接头位置及搭接长度应符合《混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范》GB50204-92的规定。
When laying rebar with adapter, the adapter position and overlapping length shall be in accordance with Construction and Acceptance Codes for Concrete Structure Works GB50204-92
d. 套箍要求Requirements of Tie bars
v 箍筋弯钩叠合处应交错套入。
The overlapped parts of edge bend of tie bars shall be put in a staggered way.
v 箍筋的间距及数量应符合设计要求。
The spacing and the number of tie bars shall conform to design requirements.
e. 扎筋要求 Fastening Requirements
v 钢筋直径小于12mm时采用22号铁丝,钢筋直径在12~16mm时采用20号铁丝。
Iron wire No.22 shall be used for rebars DN<12mm, No.20 for rebars 12mm<16mm>
v 绑扣方法采用交叉反顺扣方法,平板钢筋除采用顺扣外,还应增加一些十字扣;在钢筋转角处,应采用兜扣并加缠扣;竖向钢筋应采用十字花扣并适当加缠。
Buckling methods: Normal and inverse buckling shall be used in turn. For flat rebars, in addition to normal bucklings, some cross bucklings shall be added. At the turning angles of rebars, round buckling as well as windings shall be used. For vertical rebars, cross buckling shall be used with some windings.
f. 垫块设置 Setting cushion blocks
为保证钢筋混凝土保护层的厚度,应在钢筋与模板之间设置砂浆垫块,间距为500mm,交错放置。
In order to ensure the reinforced concrete protective layer is thick enough, mortar cushion blocks shall be set in a staggered way between rebars and forms with the space of 500mm.
