B: I am now working for R&D department.
A: Is R&D the Skyworth's core department?
B: Definitely! The R&D department is the biggest and most important department of Skyworth. In includes the software department, hardware department, testing department, technical support department, configuration department, consumer electronics department and so on. In my opinion, Skyworth is a technology-oriented company.
A: Oh, you are really a luck dog!
B: Thank you.

A: Then, what's your daily book?
B: Oh , I am a software engineer and my main area of responsibitity is to develop new software. Meanwhile, I wound sometimes in charge of customer service jobs.
A: Oh, you must be a busy guy!
B: That's true. Acutually, I always have to work overtime.
A: Do you have overtime pay?
B: We don't get overtime pay most of the time. Only if you submit a request and get approved, then you would get the overtime compensation.
A: Oh, it's truely hard for you!
B: Yes, but we get high salary. Everytime I get the salary slip, I fell very satisfied.
A: Really? Could you tell me a little more about it?
B: Certainly! We get paid twice every month, which include the base salaries, the bonus and other welfares. Unlike other companies, we get season bonus instead of yead-end bonus. The salesmen, of course, will get a large amount of push money every year. At the mean time, everyone who works more than one year in Skyworth has at least 5 days paid vacation.
A: Oh, Skyworth is really a good employor.
