word 82 bit 1 set indicate security set password is supported(word 82 = 0 or ffff ssp is not supported).
word 85 bit 1 set indicate security supported and enabled
word 128 bit 0 set Security supported
word 128 bit 1 set Security enabled
word 128 bit 2 set Security locked
word 128 bit 3 set Security frozen
word 128 bit 4 set Security count required
word 128 bit 5 set Enhanced security erase supported
word 128 bit 8 set Maximum not set High level
The security level is set to high or Maximum with the SECURITY SET PASSWORD command.

If security set password is execute with parameter of user mode and high level,
then the device can be unlocked by the either the user password or the previously set master password.

If security set password is execute with parameter of user mode and master level,
then the device can only be unlocked by the user password.

If security set password is execute with parameter of master mode and maximum level,
this command is only to set the master password but no other effect.

The MASTER MODE is only used when the user password is forgotten.
And it may not be set up.
Set master password doesn't enable the security password
Maximum level:
 security erase prepare
 security erase unit
High level:
 security unlock
