比如，你工作没有计划，那你聊一天的QQ，你可能都觉得正常，明天你还可能聊一天的QQ；但是如果你这一天你有工作计划，你就会发现你有一大摊事情没有做完，你自己就会有压力，你就会把没做完的赶出来，而不会觉得心安理得了

Kaka, as I said the other day, you have to try your best to speak out and use english as much as you can. otherwise you won't be able to improve your english capability.
